An exchange programme organised by the Society for the Coast, Poland / E.U.C.C, Poland, and Holag, Netherlands, for young people from Western en Eastern Europe. Photography helps them to understand nature and culture and make better choices for Europe in the future.
The Society for the Coast Poland / Stowarzyszenie Na Rzecz Wybrzeza is a nature organisation in the Odra Delta in Poland. Holag is a Dutch consultant company working in rural areas. The Society and Holag have worked together for more than 22 years.
The reason to start the project was to connect young people and nature. The camera is the “tool’. Nature, mostly Natura 2000 areas, is the place where it takes place. The mission of the project is “take care of nature”.
The subjects during the exchange are climate, energy, Natura 2000, land management, Europe and soil. For more information please visit the site: www.vicoe.eu
